Music Group Update!

The group will be meeting next Saturday at Multipurpose Hall #1 at Altaciere High School. Meeting starts at 7 PM. Don't be late!

[Surprise, estranged classmate she doesn't actually... remember right now. On this lovely day, Sayaka is going to be receiving one boxed package. The box itself is plain and brown, sealed with tape and little else. Shaking it will just reveal that it's full of foam peanuts. However, taped to the top will be a note that simply reads as:]

MAIZONO

[That's it. That's all it says.

Opening it will reveal its contents to be... tea. Or, rather, an unopened box full of twenty bags of this stuff. COULD BE WORSE, MAN. COULD BE A MORE GENERIC KIND OF GIFT.]

[ Luckily for Mukuro, it's not until well into the afternoon that Maizono finally gets around to peering into the mailbox again, when Mukuro's surely long gone. Thanks to getting the weird boxes on the 13th she'd been wary of whatever was waiting for her in the mailbox.

She at first blinks in confusion at the gift, but shrugs and -- despite her better judgment -- opens up the box, blinking in surprise at finding the tea. Huh... she's more surprised that it's a tea from home, if anything.

But she sighs quietly, and smiles a bit. Tea would be nice right now, especially with how cold it was... either way, she's bringing it inside for her own personal use, so yeah.

[Christmas morning, in Maizono's mailbox, there's a jewelry box with a tag that reads "To: Sayaka, From: Your girlfriend, Natsuru ♥". Someone apparently didn't wait for Christmas day for the landlord's gift to wear off before sending this. Which is a good thing? At least she avoided the confusion and hesitation, and the gift may have never been delivered!

... Inside is a pretty, but simple silver chain necklace with a microphone pendant.]

[Shopping for Maizono was kinda strange. He wasn't sure what to really get, even if he knew her, mostly because... what to idols even want?

The only thing he could think of is clothes, but he wasn't sure what exactly she would want. So he'll send a letter!]

First off, I'm glad that I had the chance to meet and talk with you again. Back home, I wouldn't have the chance to even do something like that, and it's one of the reasons why I was glad that I was brought here. I'm also glad that you're still my friend. It was something that I wanted more than anything.

Second, I wasn't sure what you wanted for Christmas, so I just sent this letter. I could send you money if you want, or you could take me to go look around the shops and buy you something. Either way, I'm fine with whatever you want to do.

Anyway, just let me know if you want me to do either of those things, and we'll figure something out!

[We'll just assume they have a tree, because they rationally would. Under that tree is a rather terribly wrapped fairly flat box with Maizono's name on it from her not-sister. Inside this box are several pieces of paper, but it's not just any paper! It seems like Rinoa found some time to sit and write out several pop songs from her home world. Sure, Eyes on Me isn't among them, but the songs that are there are still pretty good.

There's also a little note:

"I wasn't sure what to get you. I hope these songs are okay! They're some of my favorites from back home.
